ABOUT
What is a vehicle wrap? A vehicle wrap is a large vinyl decal covering your whole vehicle. A wrap turns your vehicle, boat, or trailer into an eye-catching, moving billboard. Your company vehicle will not only be a means to get from point A to point B, but will also be an advertising tool in order to offset the rising costs of owning a vehicle. Why should I get a vehicle wrap and not cut vinyl or paint? We can provide cut vinyl for vehicles if thats what you would prefer. The main negative to cut vinyl is that it acts as a protective layer for your paint. If you keep vinyl lettering on your vehicle for an extended period of time (several years, usually), the sun and weather can fade the exposed paint, while the paint protected by the vinyl is unchanged, thereby possibly leaving a visible outline of the letters when it is removed. A full wrap, on the other hand, protects the entire vehicles paint job.The main advantage of a wrap over a paint job, is that a wrap is less permanent, and can be easily changed.I already have my business name and contact information on my vehicle. Why should I upgrade to a wrap?Vehicles, like billboards, are often seen by people driving by at high speeds. Your information needs to be eye-catching, memorable, and easily identifiable in less than 10 seconds. A well chosen image and vivid logo fulfills these needs better than a name and number. After all, a picture is worth a thousand words. A vehicle wrap can brand your service for people, so that when someone needs your service, its you that they will remember, and therefore, its you that they will call. How long does a vehicle wrap last?It depends on the weather, but on average, a wrap lasts about 5 years. We use the best material available, in addition to fade-resistant inks, and UV-protected lamination in order to keep your wrap looking new for as long as possible. How does the price of a wrap compare to other modes of advertising?A vehicle wrap is most like a billboard: it reaches the same audience, and people have the same amount of time to absorb its information. A billboard generally costs around $2000 every month. A vehicle wrap is a one-time cost of $3000-5000, but if you average that over its 5-year lifespan, you are only paying $50-80 per month. Will a wrap hurt the paint on my car?No, a vehicle wrap actually protects the paint, as it is an extra barrier against sunlight, dirt, sand, and salt. It can also provide an extra layer of protection against scratches in the paint. When you are ready to take the wrap off, it peels off with no harm done to your vehicle. The only exception to this is, if the paint was already peeling or damaged prior to installation of the wrap, removal of the wrap could remove some of the paint. For this reason, we inspect vehicles prior to wrapping, and will not wrap over damaged paint. If you prefer, you can bring the vehicle in to us for removal of the graphics with our specialized tools. What else can you wrap?Anything! Cars, trucks, motorcycles, boats, helmets, 18-wheelers, car-haulers, race cars, concept cars, tour buses, shuttle buses, trailers, cargo vans, box trucks, SUVs, shipping containers, walls, windows, storefronts, golf carts, garage doors, walls, and buildings to name just a few. If you can imagine it, we can figure out how to wrap it.How long does it take to wrap a vehicle?A typical wrap takes 3 to 5 days to install. We will have already created the design, printed and laminated the materials before you drop your vehicle off.
